About Bob Weyant
Bob Weyant is owner and principal of the management consulting firm of Bob Weyant & Associates.
Over the past 30 years Bob has developed the Influencing Options process as he worked with individuals and organizations to deal with their people problem issues. He recognized that people needed help resolving problems and conflicts in their personal and professional lives. Organizations needed their employees to work together as teams to solve problems and increase productivity.
Bob is an enthusiastic and dynamic presenter — he teaches people skills to address serious and important issues, and people have fun learning — you won’t sleep during Bob’s training!
Bob has also developed a program to certify trainers to teach the Influencing Options.
Bob has over 25 years’ experience as an organizational consultant and has worked with more than 300 organizations on local, national and international levels, including many Philips Electronics Companies, STMicroelectronics and Nike, Inc.
He is the author of the book Confronting Without Guilt or Conflict Bellevue, WA: Brassy Publishing, 1995.
