To influence the impact they desire, they need skills that influence more accountability than day-to-day communication skills provide. A different process and a different set of skills are required. What we call influencing skills.
Organizational leaders, from managers to front-line supervisors, need to be specific about what is required from each employee and have the skills to resolve issues and hold employees accountable.
